C-"Yello!"
P-"Huh?? Uuhm...Is this Cammy's cell?"
C-"Yup. And you are..?"
P-"The new girl from yesterday!.."
C-"Pyper??"
P-"Yes! That's my name."
C-"Mph. Ok, so... what's up?-wait, I don't remember giving you my number..."
P-"You didn't. But basically everyone at school has it... you don't mind, do you?"
C-"No,.. don't... mind... heh"

Ok, so Wednesday afternoon I got a random call from Pyper...
It's strange how I babble when I'm talking to her... she has an accent, different from everyone else's... it sounds New York-ish, but it's like she was trying to add a British touch to it.
Yeah, I have to admit, it was pretty cute.
Anyway, she asked me if I wanted to hang out sometime... so I could show her the "cool places" in Lafayette (to me, there aren't many!).
So this is what happened: we met on Friday in front of the school, and we caught the bus to the center of the city. So, we chatted for a while, and I found out that her birthday is only three days after mine: February 24th is hers!

When we arrived, I showed her my favorite place in the whole world: Sharp Cross Mall! It's probably the biggest one in the State: it has an indoor Multiplex movie theatre, swimming pool, concert stage, food court, and a bunch of different areas for almost every clothing store nationality or style: to me, the best ones are: "European", "Japan-Korea", and "Hippie".

I expected a great reaction from Pyper, but she wasn't so hyper: she said it was in fact bigger than most malls, but she's already seen some like this one.
WHAT??

While walking in my bum mood, I saw a new ad that cheered me up completely: Nyckee Janet Audre Amsterdam was coming to Lafayette!

C-"Nyckee Amsterdam??? OMG, tickets, tickets!!"
P-"Did you say Nyckee Amsterdam? She's like, the best, dude!"
C-"Dude?? Oh, yes, yup, yeah,..."
P-"Are the tickets for sale yet?"
C-"Hmm...yeah I think so, hey, why don't we go together?"

...UUH, WHAT DID I JUST SAY??
